Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice and are subject to stock availability. If any of the products ordered become out of stock after the transaction has been concluded, we will send you a notice to this effect by email and the out-of-stock product will then be removed from the order and the price of that product will be refunded. Vagheggi Canada disclaims all liability in the event of a shortage of stock and for any damage resulting or caused by any delay in delivery.
PRICES AND SALES TAXES
Prices on the Website are in Canadian dollars (C$) and do not include taxes, they may also change without prior notice. You will be provided with the official amount of your order, including taxes, with the confirmation of your order placed on the Website.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
We only accept payments by Visa®, MasterCard® and American Express® credit cards.
Allow five 3 to 5 business days to receive your order. If your product requires more time due to its availability, we will inform you by email of any delay.
Delivery is free for all regular shipments on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a $10 fee will apply for Quebec and Ontario and 15$ fee for other Canadian provinces.
Shipping to the United States: We will contact you to inform you of the shipping costs before completing your order.
In the days following the completion of any transaction on the Website, we shall send you an order confirmation email including the order’s total price as well as the detailed terms and conditions applicable to the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction, without obligation to provide justification. If we cancel your transaction, a notice will be emailed to you at the address provided.
We also reserve the right to limit or refuse any orders which, in our sole judgment, appear to have been placed by merchants, resellers or distributors. When we cancel a transaction, we usually do not charge the amount to your credit card. Otherwise, we shall refund the amount or issue a corresponding credit shall be applied on your credit card.
For a refund, the product must be in the same condition as it was originally. We do not accept opened, unsealed or used merchandise unless you have experienced an allergic reaction, if so please see the section below.
The delivery costs in case of a return will be assumed by you. You have 7 days to request a refund.
The return must be pre-approved by our customer service. A return must have an authorization number which will be given to you as part of the return of goods process. At all times, the returned product (s) must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and the delivery slip.
Online exchanges shall be subject to product availability. Delivery fees for returns are at your expense.
When receiving your package, please inspect the products inside the package for any damage, except for normal wear that may have occurred during transit. If the product appears to have been damaged during transit, we will issue a credit note (no exchange or refund), as long as the terms and conditions for returns described below are met.
Only one return shipment is allowed per order. Please check your entire order before sending us a return.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Please note that a product return will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and sealed.
- The customer must contact, within SEVEN (7) days of delivery of the package, Vagheggi Canada Customer Service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return and send us a photo.
- The customer must return the product within 30 days of delivery, with a copy of the invoice and following Vagheggi Canada Customer service indications regarding the carrier company to be used for the return, and by affixing to the package the documents that the Customer service department will have sent to the client by email.

A credit will be issued within 30 days upon reception of the products by Vagheggi Canada. You will receive an email confirming the issuance of the credit.
ERRORS ON OUR WEBSITE
Although we check regularly the product information on our Website, display errors (price, description, etc.) may occur from time to time. Vagheggi Canada reserves the right to rectify these errors without being obliged to deliver the merchandise under the conditions displayed in error.
If such a situation arises, please rest assured that we will correct the wrong information as soon as possible and contact you if you have already ordered this item.
It is important to check before purchasing a product if it is suitable for your skin type. We invite you to consult the description of each product to find out their characteristics.
