It is recommended to start applying the product one or two weeks prior to sunbathing outdoor or under sunlamps to multiply its benefits. During sun exposure, the product can be applied jointly with an SPF sunscreen; repeating the application after sunbathing will help stabilize and maintain your tan while leaving the skin soft and hydrated.
